On Saturday, October 21, Kyle Vaivads will represent Twin City Truck Centre at the Albury Wodonga Regional Cancer Centre Trust Funds inaugural Wodonga Caulfield Cup Day Pony Hop, in support of local cancer research.
The Pony Hop is a novelty event that will see local community and business leaders race down the straight of the Wodonga Racecourse on blow-up horses. The Albury Wodonga Regional Cancer Centre Trust Fund will also host a marquee where members of the public can cheer on the “jockeys” and partake in the race day festivities, while supporting a worthy local cause.
Through the wonderful support of our local community, there are currently 86 clinical trials being offered at the cancer centre, involving more than 200 cancer patients. These trials offer local patients the opportunity to access new and improved treatments, while also directly contributing to improved outcomes for cancer patients in the future.
Along with supporting this event, Twin City Truck Centre has been a Corporate Shine Partner of the Albury Wodonga Regional Cancer Centre since 2016, contributing over $93,000.00 to the centre since its beginnings.
